Deleting your RepDeck account
RepDeck (developer: Mariusz Ruda) lets you delete your account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app. You do not need our approval and you do not need to email anyone — deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to delete your account
- Open RepDeck — the Android app, or the web app at https://app.repdeckfit.com
- Go to Settings, then Account
- Tap "Delete account"
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and its data are removed as soon as you confirm.
If you no longer have the app installed
Email support@repdeckfit.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it and confirm by reply.
Deleting only SOME of your data (without deleting your account)
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside RepDeck you can delete individual items at any time, and they are erased from our database:
- A workout set — open the workout and remove the set
- A whole program you created — open the program, then Delete program
- A bodyweight entry — Settings, then Bodyweight, then remove the entry
- A custom exercise you added — open the exercise, then delete it
You can also export a copy of your data first from Settings, then Data.
If you want us to erase a specific category of your data for you, email support@repdeckfit.com from your sign-up address and tell us what to remove. If you are in the EEA or UK, this is also how you exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection).
What is deleted when you delete your account
- Your account and login credentials, and your email address
- Every workout, logged set, weight, rep, and note
- Programs you created or customised
- Bodyweight entries and equipment settings
- Your subscription record in our database
What is retained, and for how long
Deletion is immediate in our live database. Encrypted backup copies are purged within 7 days. Where tax or accounting law requires it, we may retain a minimal record of a purchase — this contains no workout, health, or bodyweight data.
Cancelling a subscription is separate
Deleting your account does NOT cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop billing, cancel in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. If you delete your account without cancelling, Google will keep billing that subscription.
