1. Who we are

RepDeck is operated by Mariusz Ruda. You can reach us at support@repdeckfit.com. We are the data controller for personal data we collect from you when you use the RepDeck mobile or web app (the "Service").

2. What we collect

We collect only what's needed to run the Service:

• Account data — your email address and, if you use a social sign-in, your name and avatar URL from Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your social-account password.
• Subscription data — your subscription status and renewal dates. Payment is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Workout data — the programs, exercises, sets, weights, reps, and notes you log. Bodyweight entries if you log them.
• Profile and setup data — answers you give the setup wizard (training experience, goals, weekly availability) and the gym equipment you select in Settings.
• Technical data — crash reports and basic usage metrics (which screens load, error messages). No third-party advertising trackers.

Your workout logs and bodyweight entries are health and fitness information, and we treat them as sensitive: we use them only to provide the Service's own features to you (history, stats, progression hints, program suggestions), never for advertising or marketing, we never sell them, and we share them only with the hosting subprocessors listed in Section 5.

3. What we don't collect

• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or microphone access
• No health data via HealthKit unless you explicitly enable it in a future version
• No advertising identifiers — we do not show ads, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers

4. How we use it

• To provide the Service (sync your programs and logs across devices)
• To process subscriptions (via RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or Stripe)
• To respond when you email support
• To improve the app (aggregate, non-identifying usage)

We don't use your data for third-party advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Who we share with

We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service:

• Supabase (US) — database + auth hosting — all account + workout data
• RevenueCat (US) — subscription management — your user id + subscription events
• Apple, Google — app distribution + in-app purchases — identifiers + purchase data
• Expo / EAS (US) — app build + over-the-air updates — app version metadata

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this subprocessor list changes, we'll update this policy.

6. Where it's stored

Your data lives in Supabase's US-region database, encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for up to 7 days. If you use the Service outside the United States, you're sending your data to the US.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Export your data — Settings → Data → Export
• Correct your data — every log entry can be edited or deleted in-app
• Delete your account and all data — Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app or on the web app at https://app.repdeckfit.com (or email us for a deletion request without the app). Deletion is immediate in our live database; backup copies purge within 7 days.
• Stop the subscription — via Apple ID Subscriptions, Google Play Subscriptions, or by emailing us if you subscribed via the web

If you're in the EEA or UK, you also have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Email support@repdeckfit.com to exercise them.

If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children

RepDeck is not intended for children under 16, and our Terms require users to be at least 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.

9. Changes

We'll update this policy when material things change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If you're a registered user, we'll email you about significant changes.
